All Australian orders are sent via Aus Post.

• Orders over $200 AUD are express shipped for free and take up to 1-4 business days.

• Orders under $200 AUD that are standard shipping will be $9 and take up to 3-6 business days.

• Orders under $200 AUD that are express shipping will be $12 and take up to 1-4 business days.

NEW ZEALAND
All New Zealand orders are sent via Aus Post.

• Orders over $250 AUD are express shipped for free and take up to 2-5 business days.

• Orders under $250 AUD that are standard shipping will be $12 and take up to 4-7 business days.

• Orders under $250 AUD that are express shipping will be $20 and take up to 2-5 business days.

*Duties & Taxes for International orders are not covered.

INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are sent via Aus Post.

• Orders over $250 are express shipped for free. For shipping times  CHECK HERE

• Orders under $250 are express shipped and will be $30 AUD. For shipping times  CHECK HERE

The above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping courier, delays during transit may occur which is out of the control of Sue The Boy.

AUSTRALIA POST TRACKING 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (DUTIES & TAXES)
All international orders are shipped with DHL Express. Please note you need to check your local tax rates, particularly the UK and EU as these can be high and are payable prior to delivery. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
1-2 business days.  During promotional and sale periods we will be working overtime to ship out increased order volumes as a result processing times may be delayed and we are unable to make any changes once your order has been finalized.
