TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders are sent via Australia Post. To track your order, please visit the relative shipping courier outlined below with your tracking number provided via your order confirmation email. The delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping courier, delays during transit may occur which is out of the control of Sue The Boy.

AUSTRALIA POST TRACKING 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (DUTIES & TAXES)
All international orders are shipped with Auspost Express. Please note you need to check your local tax rates, particularly the UK and EU as these can be high and are payable prior to delivery. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
1-2 business days.  During promotional and sale periods we will be working overtime to ship out increased order volumes as a result processing times may be delayed and we are unable to make any changes once your order has been finalized.
