Returns & Exchanges

 

Please use the Size Guide to help determine your ring size before ordering.

EXCHANGES: We accept exchanges within 21 days from the delivery date (excludes sale items). If approved you will be issued with a discount code of the amount you spent once the item is received. Please note: The item must be in the same condition as it was sent out. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


REFUNDS: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept refunds within 7 days from the delivery date (excludes sale items). If approved you will be issued with a refund to the amount you spent once the item is received. Please note: The item must be in the same condition as it was sent out.

SALE: All sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs). This applies to all items that have been marked down or purchased during sale promotions.

EARRINGS: Earrings are non-refundable. (Earrings can not be returned due to health and hygiene laws.) 


GIFT CARDS:
 
Gift cards are non-refundable.


MYSTERY BOXES: Mystery boxes are non-refundable or exchangeable.


GIFT WITH PURCHASE: If returning an item included in a gift with purchase promotion, gift must also be returned in a new and unworn condition.

RETURN SHIPPING: If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.


REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
To request a refund or exchange please start a return HERE. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label and instructions on how and where to send your package for Australian, United States and Canadian orders. All other orders will provide their own labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If refund/exchange is approved, please allow 14 days from the time your item is received for your return or exchange to be processed.
