Returns & Exchanges

 

Please try to get your correct size before ordering. Any return shipping fee's the customer will have to pay. Use the Size Guide to help determine your ring size before ordering.

EXCHANGES: We accept exchanges within 21 days from sale date (excludes sale items). If approved you will be issued with a discount code of the amount you spent once the item is received. Please note: The item must be in the same condition as it was sent out. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


RETURNS: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for refund within 21 days from sale date (excludes sale items). If approved you will be issued with a refund to the amount you spent once the item is received. Please note: The item must be in the same condition as it was sent out.

SALE: All sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs). This applies to all items that have been marked down or purchased during sale promotions.

EARRINGS: Earrings are non-refundable. (Earrings can not be returned due to health and hygiene laws.) 


GIFT CARDS:
 
Gift cards are non-refundable.


MYSTERY BOXES: Mystery boxes are non-refundable or exchangeable.


GIFT WITH PURCHASE: If returning an item included in a gift with purchase promotion, gift must also be returned in a new and unworn condition.
